Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on your city or region. -
Express Shipping:
May be available in select areas for faster delivery. Options will be shown at checkout if applicable.
Note: Delays may occur during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to external factors such as weather or courier-related issues.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp or email notification with your tracking number (if tracking is available).
You can use this to follow your package’s progress through the courier’s tracking system.
6. Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address:
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Hify Bazar is not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Failed Deliveries:
In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier may retry or return the package to us. Additional charges may apply if the order needs to be re-shipped.
Lost or Damaged Orders:
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately with your order number and photos (if applicable). While we will help file a claim with the courier, Hify Bazar is not liable for damages once the order leaves our facility.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.
